We have a Training Centre comprising of a Management Board and a Manager, which steers the learning programmes within the firm in the spirit of innovation and delivery of darling customer service. The mission of the firm centre is to enhance professional development by encouraging continuous learning on all fronts. The internal CLEs are held twice a week, either centrally or at Branch levels. Activities during CLE sessions include inter alia, debates on contemporary legal issues, challenges in law practice and critique of legal precedents. Training seminars are also held on law practice management issues such as customer service, revenue generation among others. Management topics are also discussed under the guidance of the Partners and CEO. The ultimate goal is to develop the Hill Team for an unparalleled professional service delivery in and beyond the East African Region.
