Key Practice Areas

Owning a piece of land in Kenya is considered very prestigious, never mind that there are many other forms of property of higher value than the land like Intellectual Property and Copyright. Kenyans in particular place a lot of value in land which is evidenced by the number of land cases in our courts. Similarly, land in Kenya has formed the basis of many a political debate. When a person can put a claim to a particular piece of land to the exclusion of everyone else, they consider themselves wealthy; they are ‘Land Owners’. It is this clamor for land that led me to take an interest in Law and Conveyancing.
