Organizational and Leadership Structure
Our mission,
vision and strategy inform our structure as a Firm. As a professional Service
Firm, we have adopted a Corporatized Organizational Structure managed by an
Executive Committee. The Executive Committee has delegated broad management
functions to the Chief Executive Officer.
The Firm’s Organization and Management Structure

- PRACTICE MANAGEMENT BOARD (PMB) – This Board defines nurtures and foster progressive growth of the Firm’s professionals, the Firm’s practice areas and revenue generation through the Firm’s network of Branches. It is geared towards high impact services through a highly trained team of lawyers and business managers.
- MARKETING MANAGEMENT BOARD (MMB) – The MMB spearheads all marketing initiatives of the Firm to ensure the Firm successfully competes in the Kenyan and East African Law Practice Market arena through strategic and mutually reached decisions on clients' needs, choice of services, service branding and packaging and market research on contemporary trends and future opportunities in law practice - Darling Customer Service is at the Core of Our Strategy.
- UBL MANAGEMENT BOARD – This Board provides general management and administrative services to the Firm. It distinguishes Practice and Management Roles and Responsibilities to create clarity in respect of Practice roles and responsibilities from Management roles and responsibilities, each with clear and measurable objectives, performance indicators and the attendant differentiated compensation frameworks

Structure Model in executing the 2020 Vision of
creating a High Performance Team.
