pleadings, sale agreements, charges, transfers, leases, mortgages, charges,
debentures, wills, memorandum and articles of association and constitutions for
organizations.
Outside the office I offer community
legal education, participate in politics and fun activities like swimming and watching international
football.

In the modern business environment, the Corporate Entity has become the preferred vehicle for managing and executing the business’s goals. Individuals and groups want to set up businesses, transfer, sell or distribute shares, increase share capital to accommodate large Investments, understand and comply with mandatory legal requirements, including tax obligations among others. This is the point of Our Convergence. I practice corporate law and have a wide experience in incorporation of local and foreign companies, businesses, trusts, NGOs, sale mergers and restructuring of companies, providing legal advisory on corporate legal compliance including tax obligations, organizing joint ventures, shareholder agreements and partnership agreements.
I have also amassed a wealth of experience in Intellectual Property (IP) including preparing Confidentiality and Trade Secret Agreements, Consultancy and Research Agreements. Advising on IP rights and registering Trademarks, Patents, Copyrights, Plant Breeders rights etc. I also have a working experience on a wide range of commercial and conveyancing documents including sale agreements, transfers, leases, licenses, charges, chattel mortgages, debentures and other legal related documents. I believe in team work and precision in delivering timeouts, cost effective and efficient results for the Client, you.
While out of office, I have a passion for community social work.

I also serve as the Secretary to the Practice Management Board of the Firm, where among other roles; I assist with formulation of and monitoring compliance with established policies.
