The Property Development & Project Services Division
This division offers specialized end-to-end legal services to real estate property developers. This includes but is not limited to legal advice and customized solutions to ensure timely completion of all processes involved in all stages of the development such as multi unit properties. This encompasses project finance, legal advisory, property acquisition, establishment of management companies, regulatory law advisory on environmental law, change of user, licenses and approvals required for developments etc.
The Business and Corporate Organization Services Division
This division provides specialized legal business services that support the formation, organization and management of corporations for strategic results within the corporate governance principles. The legal services rendered focus on organizing businesses and offering corporate due diligence and statutory compliance advisory, share deals, joint venture agreements, mergers and acquisitions, shareholders agreements, etc. The organizations that we serve under this unit include corporations (public and private), companies (limited and unlimited), private Partnerships, Public Private Partnerships, Joint Venture companies including special purposes vehicles (SPVs), Trusts, Non-Governmental Organizations, Societies, Cooperative Societies, Churches, Religious and Charitable Organizations inter alia.
