Key Areas of Experience All this is bolstered by previous experience in litigation with the requisite familiarity of the courts, court practice and procedure which has inculcated a keen eye for potentially litigious situations and loopholes. This, together with other prior experience in research and collation of data, ensures that I achieve a well-rounded approach to all transactions and advice to our Clients and I'm able to isolate trouble issues and give viable cross-cutting solutions.
